Attitude of mind
The failures in life that have come my way
Are only temporary and gone the same day.
Twenty-four is the number I allot,
To be upset or to be distraught.
Then it's off to work and focused again,
For that is the recipe I need to win.
My attitude is wholly mine.
Whether upset or completely fine.
I choose each day to control my mind.
And a winner's edge is all I find.
For day after day it's my attitude
That shall always determine my altitude.
My mind is my tool. It does not rest.
When properly trained, it shall manifest.
I draw to me all that I think.
So I surely don't want my mind to stink.
