In the Customer Service 101 program, you will learn about the two most critical aspects of how to deliver great service. When service is done right, it creates more satisfaction for the employees as well as for your customers, and it keeps people coming back over and over again to do business with, and to do so with a smile.

The two sections of service that will be covered in this program are...

The Model For Success - This section of the program outlines how to inspire the right attitudes for service delivery. It maps out what has to happen in order to have a workforce that is engaged, equipped with the right understanding, and ready to create raving fans of your customers.

The Delivery Process - This section of the program covers how to deliver service that creates a positive experience for both the customer and the employee. The practical steps to service delivery will help each person understand how service is being evaluated, how to keep customers engaged, and how to deal with a customer who becomes disengaged or upset.

In this two hour program, participants will have fun, learn a great deal, and walk away with practical steps to create success in service delivery.
